I am a senior trying to finish up high school a little bit better looking than I started it. My ultimate goal is 120lbs. Right now I am just trying to lose weight consistently and keep it off for my brothers wedding in July.
I am a Christian, and play golf so I get lots of walking exercise, but not much cardio. I am trying to do 3-4 times a week of Just Dance 4 for an hour. So far I haven't done that successfully..I make way to many excuses of something else being more important. I would consider myself to be pretty healthy, but who couldn't be more healthy!?! I would love advice and help if you have any suggestions please don't hesitate.
