Cut out/ down sugar in hot drinks and fizzy drinks
Guidelines:
If your a sucker for a can of pop, or a fist full of sugar in your tea, cut it down (or better, cut it out). substitute with green tea, sugar free squashes or water for a bigger challenge!!

Cut down/ out take aways, sweets, crisps and chocolate
Guidelines:
The hardest one of all for most. substitue the usual chocolate bar, bag of crisps or bag of sweets with some fruit, or a good for you bar. there's plenty of good treats out there, find what works for you!!
