I have started doing JustDance4 the work outs. and generally I will do either two 25 minutes sessions which last closer to 30 minutes, or the 45 minute session which lasts closer to 50 minutes. Plus becasue I now have invisaline I cant eat as much, because it's a hassle to take them out brush my teeth and the retainers and put them back in. So I don't eat as much. And because the weather is getting warmer I am drinking more water, or lightly sweetened ice teas.

This past week I was in Guatemala. I ate lots of soup and not lots of tortillas. I also made sure to eat what ever vegetable was there, and not all my meat. Because I don't need all that protein. But I am really going to try to kick my butt into gear!!!
