made a difficult decision
I just join the exercise challenges because it keeps me moving! I can get a little lazy if I'm not signed up for something. I love to exercise once I get started! It's the getting started that holds me back.lol

Tearing my hair out!
SarahC--You Have to eat veggies! 12-15g of your carbs have to be from veggies, at every level of Atkins. Good Luck! DON"T give up! OH and if you want a sandwich, make a MIM in a cereal bowl, slice it in 2 and use it for your sandwich.
MIM--Muffin in a minute
1/4 c flax seed meal,
1 tsp baking powder,
1Tbls. parmesan cheese, Mix in a small bowl.
Add 1 medium egg, 1 tsp butter, oil or bacon grease.
Mix well with a fork. Microwave for 60-90 sec.
Slice and load it with meat cheese & VEGGIES, mayo OR toast it and spread with cream cheese and avocado.
YUMMMM

Can't handle Atkins. Needing advice.. Again.. lol
Whether a person is single, married, an aquaintance or a friend, he/she will not keep lost weight off if the chosen "diet" is not maintained. Just saying...

That is what you said, isn't Matt?

Quote:

Most people who have lost a significant amount of weight and kept it off for years have the following in common:

* They exercise regularly using a form of aerobic exercise that fits their lifestyle.
* Their eating plan is flexible, allowing for all kinds of foods including treats.
* Their main goal is health rather than just weight and they have realistic weight goals.
* They focus on a lifetime of health rather than short-term weight goals (such as losing weight by the summer, by Christmas, or for a reunion).
* They are positive and playful about their weight loss.
