The heaviest weight I've been is 261 lbs this year. The past 3 years I've weighed around 240 lbs. A few years ago I was at 180 and lost 30 lbs, so I know what it take to be successful. At that point I was running a lot and in really good shape--I worked my butt off to get there!
I gained most my weight back when I was pregnant, and even after my youngest was born I gained an extra 50 lbs.
I've really been up and down with my weight lately and realized I need to figure out NOW how I want to live my life.
I've taken up walking a lot, and workout videos. I also have been getting back into jogging.
At 5'7" my goal weight is 165 lbs.
My first goal is to get under 200 lbs, and then I should be weighing less than my husband too.
