The highest I've ever been was around the 220's range. It alarmed me because that's not how I viewed myself in my mind but pictures would show me the truth. I had kids gained more weight and then leveled back to my normal 200 something weight. However I was tired and fed up of that high weight number not to mention my big clothes. So I made a change and it has stuck like glue. I've lost over 50 pounds and I'm so happy with my new body. I have more weight to lose but my outlook on my body is already where I've longed for it to be.
