Been heavy the majority of my life. About nine years ago got sick of being fat and decided to change for the better. Was 255 pounds at my heaviest and it took me about a year and a half to get to 120 pounds. From life's ups and downs I've now I weigh 137 pounds. Looking to get my control back and use my energy in a positive way.

New to this, excited and hoping to meet people with similar goals!
I have a similar feelings I will do good during the majority of the day and in the evenings I tend to just let it all go and lose control. I usually eat sweets such as ice cream, cake, pudding, candy, etc. I've lost quite a bit of weight in the past put due to bad eating habits I've started to gain it back. Wanting to change the bad behavior around and get back on track.
