I'm here to lose 100lbs and keep it off! I want to get involved in challenges and give everything I've got to making this the last time I do a massive diet.

I'm in my twenties and logically speaking, these should be the most beautiful days of our lives but for me, they're just not. I've seriously struggled with weight/body/eating issues for as long as I can remember but in the last 4 years, I've put on an incredible amount of weight and ruined my mid-twenties. Now, I am taking bull by its horns and I want to steer the rest of my 'beautiful decade' back on track. I really need to get my weight under control and become happy with myself again.

I assume that coming onto FatSecret for shared experiences, mutual support and also mutual motivation are reasons that apply to almost everyone here. So, if you stumble upon my profile, please add me! Lets do this together!

Three reasons that I've joined FatSecret:
1. I want to lose 100lbs
2. The group challenges - what a great idea! I think this really differentiates FatSecret.
3. The iPad & iPhone app. They are bloody awesome!

Three things I intend to do everyday:
1. Update my food, exercise & weight diaries
2. Eat with weight loss in mind
3. Exercise for at least 30 minutes
