It took me two months from the first time I set my alarm clock until I actually got my butt out of bed and to the gym. On that last day I was determined to get up and go workout, I slept in my workout outfit so that I wouldn't have an excuse.
My husband laughed at me. But it worked.

As a busy person (mother, wife, student, employee) I have accepted the fact that I have to get up extra early 7 days a week to fit my "me" time in. For example, I woke up late today and was off schedule for everything. It was soooooo hard to force myself to workout at 1pm. But when I wake up early I just exercise first, i mean there is really nothing else to do but laundry. lol

Honestly it takes me two alarms and finally my hubby telling me to "snooze" it to get out of bed. LOL
You'll get use to it. And like Losin25 I slept in my gear. I also leave the area set before bed. So all I do is get up, do my stuff at the bathroom and head to my workout (living room).
Good luck!

I go to bed around 8. I know it seems really early to go to bed, but I waste a lot of time sitting in front of the tv anyway if I don't. I tell myself I am sacrificing tv time for workout time. In the end... worth it!
