I have been married to Chad for almost 10 years, we have 2 great kids, Henry who is 7 and Karalyn who is 5. I am a daycare provider and work out of my home. I would like to lose some weight and get healthy.

I am going to try to reach small goals because the big goal at the end is hard to see sometimes.

I just got the Leslie Sansone's You Can Do Abs I loved this work out it is really a good work out. It is a good get and start your day type exercise I am going for a long walk this afternoon.

Dinner help
Does this sound over the top for a homemade meal?


Smothered pork chops 4 pts 1 serving (makes 6)
garlic mashed potatoes 2 pts 1 serving (makes 4)
parmesan zucchini bread 3 pts 1 serving (makes 16)

Total 9 points


My husband loves to eat big meals and so I am trying to make something that we both can enjoy but that I can stay on track.

Starting my exercise program over
I am starting my doing a walking/jog video and also 20 min weight watchers video. I am hoping to get to 5,000 steps today. It should take me over an hour.
