Sausage & Egg Muffins

Convenient portable breakfast in a cup.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Brown turkey sausage in non-stick pan. Shred potatoes and brown with onions and garlic.
  2. Mix egg whites, sausage and potatoes and dish into 6 non-stick muffin cups.
  3. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) oven for 20 minutes.
  4. Save extra servings in fridge and microwave for 30 seconds on high.
  5. Note: based on recipe 6 day Body Makeover book.
