Hi!
My name's Angela, I'll be 22 by the end of September and I would really like to be at least a quarter way towards my goal weight by my birthday. It's felt good to lose the one or two pounds that I have so far.
There are a few reasons why I have decided to go on the Fat Flush diet, some of which are the following...
1. Shallow reasons: I want to know what it is like to be the girl with the amazing body and confidence. I feel I have the latter but I want the body to match it.
2. Health reasons: I realized a few years ago (a time when I weighed more than I do now, about 195)that I was fat, period, and an unhealthy kind of fat and I never want to go back to that again. I became health conscious at the start of my first year at school, dropping to about 150. But reaching that lower weight was done in a pretty unhealthy way and within a short time period which is most probably why I've gained a lot of it back.
3. The Fat Flush is in my opinion the most sensible diet out of all the ones I've read about thus far. There is logic in Ann Louis's guidelines and a goal which is ultimately much more important than a weight loss goal alone --- a life long commitment to your body and mind.
