Still trying to get rid of my college weight and all the unhealthy habits I picked up along the way. I know how to eat healthy and exercise, it's just a matter of making myself do it and becoming dedicated to the lifestyle. I went from barely being able to run a mile on the treadmill to running my first half marathon Oct 31, 2010! I'm working on fine tuning everything so one day I can see some abs!

The reason I created this topic is to discuss how much worse energy drinks are than coffee, not to discuss spam. I appreciate you wanting to participate but I think you're here for the wrong reasons. I noticed that a lot of your posts are so negative. Please be nice.

Pumpkin Pie for breakfast!
I'm so excited to try this. I just bought Greek yogurt and haven't decided what to do with it yet and this sounds amazing! One of the reasons I love fall so much is making desserts with pumpkin. And I won't feel guilty for having this for breakfast!! Smile

I blew it
Sounds like what I did for lunch today. I planned on having baked chicken breast, peas and carrots, cottage cheese and an apple BUT my co-workers (who are all men and can eat whatever they want) convinced me to go out to lunch. So, I had a fried chicken sandwich with cheese fries. Mmmmm,... it was good though! I'll consider that my cheat for the week and move on.
