Lets see my name is Amber and I currently live in Las Vegas NV. This is the heaviest I have ever been in my life and I have never been one for exercise. My goal is to get back to last years weight of around 135. Currently I am very determined since someone that I love dearly told me that I am overweight and fat. I think that was the most painful day of my life!!!

I am intaking about 1300 to 2100 calories a day. I am eating, but avoiding the carbs so I guess I am passing up a lot of calories as well. I dunno

Thanks so much you guys. Ya I had a feeling that it was heat stroke but I didnt really wanna believe that! LOL I am starting to feel a lil better. Just dont know. I cant work out in the morning as is I am up at 6 getting ready for work. I am too tired any earlier than that and plus then in the afternoon I get hit with sleepiness. Guess I will just have to put everything off til the sun goes down or something. Vegas summers suck!!!!

Adding texture
I make Tuna Salad with chopped pickle, one hard boiled egg, shredded cheese, and celery then I take cabbage leafs and make them chip size to scoop the tuna with. Really good and really good for you.

Sick
So I dont know if it is the rapid weight loss or the constant exercise in this wonderful 105 degree weather. But all of a sudden I am weak and was sick all day yesterday! Even today it feels like my heart is beating super fast and I am constantly thirsty! I am really happy with the loss so far, but unfortunately I didnt work out yesterday and I dont know if I will be able to today either. Its weird for those of you that have had heart burn...well thats how the muscles in my legs feel...like they have heart burn. I just want it to go away so I can work out again. I am very determined, I wanna hit my goal by June 22 and I wont be able to if I keep feeling this way!!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanna say thank you to everyone that is responding to my posts. It really means a lot to have perfect strangers be more supportive than the people you love or call friends. I know that each and everyone of us will do great with our weight loss because we are all making the right choices for ourselves. Again thank you everyone!!!!!
