Update, I am now 40 years old, college graduate, Mother of 3 boys, 16 months, 3 years and almost 5 years old and husband of one for 6 years. He has a daughter who is 9 years old from a previous marriage. From and grew up in Michigan and now live in Oklahoma. Go SOONERS!!!! Stay at home mom, full time job there!!! Born again Christian. I am aerobics teacher and personal trainer and currently trying to lose weight by listening to my God Given Hunger cues to get rid of the final 10lbs.

I love food, but love to eat home made vegetarian pizza, with little cheese. You can have healthy version of most food you love by revamping up a little.


I want to add more information and goals for myself. I am currently at 32% body fat goal of 25-31% is acceptable with 20-25% being fitness. My BMI is 25, healthy goal is under 25. My hip/waist ration is .76 which does not put me in danger.

At my height 5'4 1/2 inches recommended weight for large frame is 136-153 lbs with the medium weight of 145 lbs. Goal weight of 140.

Currently wearing size 12 very well heading for size 10
Goal is size 8/10.

I want to focus more than the scale because I know I want to be healthy and look good. With that in mind, I am in agreement with my goal of 145 lbs, then will review body fat as well to see where I need to go from there.

Diet Soda
Okay, I am considering giving up diet soda. I usually only have one a day so I don't think I am soda crazy, but I wonder if for health reasons if it would be better to eliminate diet soda since there is nothing nutritional in a can of diet soda. Any thought anyone?

I love to hike and explore nature. This is nothing like being surrounded with God's beautiful creation. Love Christian music, but can't sing, and love to play cards.

I love WW, cuz you choose your menu plan, not someone else. It allows you still to be in control.
