I am a mother of 3 very busy boys!! Enjoy my time with them very much but crave alone time too. Which is one reason I have started going to an exercise class twice a week.
I told myself this was "my" year...time to get healthy and feel good about me again.
So far so good..since my 3rd son was born 18months ago I have dropped approx. 45lbs,I still have about 20lbs to go. Have a fairly good support system so that's helpful.
