I'm a 30yr old mother of 2 I can tell you that about 9yrs ago I weighed 130 pounds. I gained 60 in 8 months after becoming pregnant with my oldest son. I went down to about 175 and got pregnant with number 2. I didn't gain more than 15 pounds with him. I spent 3-4yrs fluctuating between 170 and 190 but about 6mo ago I let myself go and now I am taking charge of my weight.
