I am a 19 year old girl just trying to get back on track. I have battled bulimia since age 13, and it really ruined a lot for me. I have a hard time balancing eating healthy without having urges to purge, restrict, or binge because that is what my body is used to but I am NOT about to surrender to the disease again.
I am a vegetarian! No meat/fish/broth etc!
I have had a fluctuating weight for years because of it. My low weight is 126, my high weight is 163. I am 5'5", and my goal weight is 130, anything lower than that would have to be natural and not extreme because I think am naturally somewhere between 128-136. I am trying to do cardio a few times a week as well as at home thigh/arm/ab workouts (suggestions welcome!!). I also have genuine, pure Hoodia pills that I will be *trying* to remember to take as I feel they do curb my cravings/the edge of hunger. I just want to be able to buy pants again with ease, stay cool when it is hot (hard with all this insulation!) and be healthy!! Buddies welcome :) shoot me an add/message!

Do you set interim goals?
I have interim goals just got the purpose of feeling satisfaction getting there because I dont want to get fed up when 130 is taking eons to come... I don't have dates set but I would like the weight off by the "holidays" so I am not ashamed of all my holiday family pics o_O! But I set mini goals of weight to reward myself!

Cottage Cheese
interesting ideas guys thanks a lot I am going to try those out! The jello sounds like a good idea maybe sugar free pudding mix would be good? omg I am going to experiment!

Cottage Cheese
I really want to like cottage cheese, I think it is great protein for me since I am a vegetarian and it isn't terrible I just feel like I haven't been letting it be all it could be. What are your favorite ways to eat it or things to eat it with? I usually cut up strawberries or throw in some blueberries to make it more enjoyable
