Here it goes, I am 45, grandmother of 5. I am under 5 ft tall and most of my life was between 98 and 120lbs. Six years ago I quit drinking, then a year and a half ago I quit smoking. 6 years ago is when the lbs started coming on, not too bad. but then when I quit smoking I spiraled out of control.
I am a manager of a retail florist and am usually on my feet 9 hours + a day. I do not eat a lot but it was what I was eating and snacking on. Dr Pepper and I went back a long way!! I gave it up and am now serious about taking control back over my body. Loving this app and very hopeful that I can do this!

Food help
I am so new to this, ,I seen on the forum some of you talking about high protein, low carb diets. Would love some examples of both.
I am at the biggest that I have ever been in my life (even during pregnancy) I was feeling terrible and wanted to go nowhere. Now that I started being responsible with my calories and started to do 3 mile walks i am starting to feel better. I just have such a long way to go and am willing to take any and all advise offered to me
