I am 40. I have 1 child and I was put on bed rest during my pregnancy in 2003 and I gained 50 lbs that I was never ever able to loose. I just kept gaining and gaining. Stress was a huge reason for my weight gain. I love to read. I love spending time with my family and friends. I am tired of being over weight. I just want have a time in my life where I do not think about weight any more. I have a goal to get my life back on track by 41.
