My name is Ashley and I'm currently 20 years old and 5' 4". When I was nearing the end of my high school career, I weighed a solid 125 lbs. Then the end of high school happened, and well we all know what happens then. ;D

The diet I'm currently trying I did my first semester of freshmen year at college, and lost 13 pounds in about 7 weeks. So, I'm going to try it again!

My boyfriend is very active, and I just really want to get to where I was before I started taking birth control, before I started gaining all this weight, and before I started eating like I was starving all the time. Along with this, I'm also trying to keep active so I can live a healthy life! (:


Mini Goals:

DONE: August 18th, 2012 - 145 lbs. To finally have my BMI not read overweight for my height.
DONE: January 28th, 2013 - 140 lbs.
DONE: March 25th, 2013 - 135 lbs


April 29th, 2013 - 130 lbs
June 3rd, 2013 - 125 lbs

There on after, toning up my stomach and maintaining my weight. I want my weight to fluctuate between 120 lbs and 125 lbs, so I might make my goal 122 lbs. I have until the beginning of summer, let's do this ;p

I´M HUNGRY! DAY1...OH NO!
Yeah, remember that you're trying to make a lifestyle change, not some quit fix diet that you'll stop and gain all the weight back 500 calories a day is not sustainable. However, doing something like 1200 calories a day is a lifestyle change, not just a diet. Losing 1 - 2 lbs a week is healthy, and any more you're not really losing fat! You're losing weight that you need! Just like everyone else said, eat when you're hungry and just don't overdo it!

Weigh-in Error Message - Anyone else?
I've used Chrome and FIrefox and still have this problem. It seemed to be fixed for a few weeks (so I started joining challenges again) and now the problem is back! None of the mirror sites have ever worked for me. I either get the same error, or the mirror sites don't seem to have challenges, so they don't update the weight in groups and challenges. :/ I reported the error yet again.

can you recommend a good bathroom scale ?
Digital scales are the way to go! And you can get a pretty good one for under 20 bucks. I got mine at Wal-Mart even!

Please help - I weigh 60kg and height 1.68m,female. How many calories should i be eating per day???
I would honestly try and avoid cheat days. If you want a piece of candy or chocolate, fit it into your 1200 calories a day. Your body tends to freak out if your calorie intake jumps from one day to the next, causing your body to hold on to more than it should.
