My name is Ashley and I'm currently 20 years old and 5' 4". When I was nearing the end of my high school career, I weighed a solid 125 lbs. Then the end of high school happened, and well we all know what happens then. ;D
The diet I'm currently trying I did my first semester of freshmen year at college, and lost 13 pounds in about 7 weeks. So, I'm going to try it again!
My boyfriend is very active, and I just really want to get to where I was before I started taking birth control, before I started gaining all this weight, and before I started eating like I was starving all the time. Along with this, I'm also trying to keep active so I can live a healthy life! (:
DONE: August 18th, 2012 - 145 lbs. To finally have my BMI not read overweight for my height.
DONE: January 28th, 2013 - 140 lbs.
DONE: March 25th, 2013 - 135 lbs
April 29th, 2013 - 130 lbs
June 3rd, 2013 - 125 lbs
There on after, toning up my stomach and maintaining my weight. I want my weight to fluctuate between 120 lbs and 125 lbs, so I might make my goal 122 lbs. I have until the beginning of summer, let's do this ;p
