My name is Janie and I read a article somewhere that said if your dog is fat then the master is too :) and I have a dachshund (who is my big baby) and she should lose a few pounds lol....anyways I am not a big eater but I am a huge fan of the sonic drinks morning stop 32oz coke and happy hour 44oz coke..and then Pepsi for supper...I wake up wanting Pepsi..i also go thru about a gallon of sweet tea in a day or 2...so my goal is to try to cut out the soft drinks or at least to only 2 a week (instead of 2 a day) and walk walk walk :)

I feel for you on the tailone..I had a car accident that left me with a bent tailbone that they wanted to remove but I refused...wish now I would have done it but...it hurts for me to do sit-ups unless I am on the soft bed but what I find works just as well I heard was to lift your legs straight up and when u go back down don't go all the way down to the bed or floor just keep lifting them...I am slowly working my way up to to 20 :/ stomach is pretty sore right now lol but I still do them on the bed or on the couch during commercials Smile and it doesn't bother my tailbone
