Enjoying ever single mile of bike riding outdoors. Will start commuting to work by bike sometime next month when the weather gets better and that will help burn some extra calories besides my outdoor evening cycling training. Weather still kind of blah here in Indiana. Too cold in the mornings and sometimes it rains during the day. Very unpredictable. Looking forward to have a great Summer and accomplish my goals. :)

Still at the same weight after a 3 week vacation and over eating on everything. I am glad I didnt gain but a few ounces. Finally cycling season it is officially started even though weather still kind a messy here in Indiana. I have big hopes that I will lose those las 18-20 pounds sometime before September with all the road bike riding I planned on doing. I will try to ride 6 days a week with a total of no less than 120 miles per week and combine it with a little upper body and core/abs strength exercise in the mornings 2 or 3 times a week. :)

Really Really want to be at 180 or under by Thursday of next week!. I am going to have to really hit the gym this weekend plus bike ride a lot. Thank God tomorrow will be up in the 60 degrees. Planning on bike riding at my local Park with my group of cycling buddies. We will shoot for 20+ miles or 2 hours of intense bike riding. Too bad Saturday and Sunday will be cold as h.. and my bike wont touch the road. This winter just dont want to go away.... :(

We have a beautiful sunny day today and it will go up to 60 wonderful degrees. I am going to take my bike out after work to the Park to ride with a group of 12 cycling buddies. Woohoo! I just can't wait!!...even though I am bummed by the fact that I have to work tomorrow (mandatory overtime) all day for the first time in 13years on a Saturday!!! :( and knowing tomorrow will be a georgous day as well... but that wont stop me...I will bike ride tomorrow after work too even If I feel tired...because temps will go down again on Sunday , it will snow on Wednesday, So we better take advantage of these 2 beautiful warm and sunny days. :)

I have been able to go ride my bike outdoors twice in the last 5 days and that makes me happy. :) Spring is around the corner and I just can't wait!..Thanks everyone for your support.
