So I have been doing fine sticking to my plans and losing more inches than pounds, gaining muscle mass and my whole body is looking very lean. I am losing weight slowly but steady. I really think I will achieve my goal of losing 5 lbs before March 27th, and the other 15lbs before Summer.
Now!!!..today here at the office they just brought a bunch of my favorite Pizza that I havent eating in probly 6 months or more!...and I am soooo tempted to grab some.I have already ate my lunch. What should I do?..I really want to stay away from it?......I am kind of full right now..but just thinking of it makes me drool... OMG and the thing is that I was planning on cheating tomorrow that I am going out with some friends. If I grab some Pizza it wont be just one slice!.. :(

So I really want to be below 180 by March 27th. I have exactly 20 days to do it. Regardless of the weather I will go to the gym 3 times a week and keep doing my Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturday cycling training. I don't know If I should cut down my cal intake (about 300 cal) or go up on my workouts ( add about 20 more minutes of cardio or strentgh at the Gym) Decissions Decisions!..

Couldn't really do the shake diet for the whole week. I started feeling bad last week (mid week) I got really sick and ended up at the urgent care last Saturday. On antiobiotics for 10 days. Couldn't do any exercise. Feeling better now, but still need a few more days until the medicine do the job.

So I havent been able to workout at all for the past 3 days. My sinus is killing me big time. It looks like I have an infection and I know I need to go to the doctor for some antibiotics. I might do so this weekend. Hate to miss my cycling classes but I have been feeling like real crap especially yesterday. On the other hand this darn weather its not cooperating at all..today we are at -6 degrees and it has been like that for the past 4 days. Really bad weather and really bad sinus..what else can I ask for ha!... :( . I wont step on the scale until Tuesday to see if this week went well with the Protein shake regimen...

Almost back to where I was before New Years. Starting a protein shake diet today for the next 7 days to see how it goes. The shakes will be my main meals Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Expecting to lose 3-5 lbs or more if possible. Will be eating 150-200 calorie snacks in between, mainly protein. This includes meet, cheese, yogurt, fruits, energy bars etc. If it works I will repeat every other week until I get down to my goal.
