So I have been doing fine sticking to my plans and losing more inches than pounds, gaining muscle mass and my whole body is looking very lean. I am losing weight slowly but steady. I really think I will achieve my goal of losing 5 lbs before March 27th, and the other 15lbs before Summer.
Now!!!..today here at the office they just brought a bunch of my favorite Pizza that I havent eating in probly 6 months or more!...and I am soooo tempted to grab some.I have already ate my lunch. What should I do?..I really want to stay away from it?......I am kind of full right now..but just thinking of it makes me drool... OMG and the thing is that I was planning on cheating tomorrow that I am going out with some friends. If I grab some Pizza it wont be just one slice!.. :(

Im with you i know that feeling but i stay strong and after it passes im proud of my self!!!! You can do it!!! And enjoy your day out with friends!!!!!!!!!!

You will be so proud of yourself if you pass on it. Especially since you are going out with friends tomorrow. You will feel positively "Saintly" when you defer your cravings to that fun outing. My son bakes a frozen pizza almost every night and I've often had a very modest dinner. I have learned to enjoy the smell but realize that it doesn't always taste that great and the guilt afterwards is not worth it!

At my last job, this one woman used to bring in fancy cupcakes, pastries, etc. every Friday! My method of coping was just waiting as long as I could to go "check on" the food haul. 99% of the time, it was already gone by 3 pm. Hang in there!

Hah! I sooooo know what you mean, JAM. I hope you got through this dilemma with flying colors. :D I agree with @Mormex, @Gillian and @Eden, passing is best on this one. I feel for you though. Living in the Chicago area (first or second pizza capital of the world, depending on who you're asking) it has been rough. But I agree with everyone here... you'll feel great if you get past it ok.
