Almost back to where I was before New Years. Starting a protein shake diet today for the next 7 days to see how it goes. The shakes will be my main meals Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Expecting to lose 3-5 lbs or more if possible. Will be eating 150-200 calorie snacks in between, mainly protein. This includes meet, cheese, yogurt, fruits, energy bars etc. If it works I will repeat every other week until I get down to my goal.

Sounds like a plan! What flavor protein shakes? Are you going to be mixing up the flavors for the different meals?

Problaby mixing it up. I got Vanilla and Chocolate flavors right now. Trying to use the ones with more protein.
