Really Really want to be at 180 or under by Thursday of next week!. I am going to have to really hit the gym this weekend plus bike ride a lot. Thank God tomorrow will be up in the 60 degrees. Planning on bike riding at my local Park with my group of cycling buddies. We will shoot for 20+ miles or 2 hours of intense bike riding. Too bad Saturday and Sunday will be cold as h.. and my bike wont touch the road. This winter just dont want to go away.... :(
183.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
