Still at the same weight after a 3 week vacation and over eating on everything. I am glad I didnt gain but a few ounces. Finally cycling season it is officially started even though weather still kind a messy here in Indiana. I have big hopes that I will lose those las 18-20 pounds sometime before September with all the road bike riding I planned on doing. I will try to ride 6 days a week with a total of no less than 120 miles per week and combine it with a little upper body and core/abs strength exercise in the mornings 2 or 3 times a week. :)
