Belly...
I'm just writing a reply here so I can "pin" this on my wall. I want to watch this forum. Wink I'm dealing with this, too. There's no miracle. It's there. It took time to get there, and it's going to take a LOT of little lifestyle changes to get it all off. I walk around in front of my mirror holding it like a separate being.. just looking at the "REAL ME" underneath it. We'll get there.

Weight loss on your hands!!!
Desperately seeking hip bones. I know they're in there. I have a pelvis. I can hear it cracking when I maneuver from down dog to runner's pose. Very Happy Plus we used to sing about hip bones in a song. They wouldn't have lied to me in kindergarten.

Vitamins
You can take a children's multivitamin without iron in it, and taking the vitamin at night is FINE, that's when your body does its building anyway. You're probably less likely to pee it out. Wink I take some at night and some in the morning. If you are taking a children's vitamin, then you probably need to read the dosing. If it says two a day for adults, try one in the am and one pm. And IRON can be a culprit of upset stomach. It causes constipation for many folks. You can always talk to a doc about this, though. Some vitamins are stored in the body and it's possible to build up a store of those in your system. For instance, vitamin D is stored in fat tissues, but others are excreted through urine. (I know this fun stuff because I've been living in Alaska and I've had some deficiencies because of it) At the low levels of a daily multivitamin, its probably nothing to worry about, though, just when you get into mega-dosing individual letter vitamins and other minerals on your own. Hope they go down easier for you. I still can't take mine on an empty tummy and I always keep them counted out into a plastic tray to remind myself if I've had them or not.

I need to fight Boredom
I have the same problem when i read at night. The ice water helps. I also chew gum. Sometimes I go through an entire pack bc I will have three or more pieces in at once and I want to blow bubbles. Then the flavor isnt as good as when you first start so I chunk it and start again. When Im in the car, I do that and I have a karaoke playlist. Wink

FARTING IN YOGA!?
I'm such a giggler. I would have high fived the lady and let mine go, too. Just to make her feel better. FINALLY! LOL. I grew up with brothers, and I come in 2nd in the spitting contest at family reunions. 6'4" cousin gets the win. Life is too short to carry around all this pretense. I have a hard enough time carrying around this "extra person" for now. Surprised)
