Any new exercise ideas?
Hey there!
i just wanted to give you some words of hope and encouragement. The best thing you can do for yourself is to get moving. Any form of exercise will be good for you. You really need to try and lift weights though. They help build muscle and muscle burns many more calories than fat does. The bottom line though is to keep exercising. DOn't give up, work it into your routine so that you can get to the gym 5 days a week. It will be a sacrifice, but it is worth it. Before you know it, you'll be excited about exercising. Also, I recommend getting Oxygen Magazine. There are lots of success stories and lots of tips for people. Great recipes as well.
