Not happy that I have bounced up and could not sustain my track record of loosing. I have followed reasonably well. With some minor infractions. I am going to attribute it to the change of weather and the summer ending. My 109 goal seems very far away considering the recent set back. But will keep trying. Ate half a crumbs cup cake last night ( it was my sons birthday ) Also I am trying to incorporate some more fiber in my diet. I am finding that it makes me more regular. Trader Joe's Oatbran ( which is recomended for Dukan ) was not enough. Using some more and have added a cup of granola.

I took some time today and went through my paper trail that I started on July 25th. My weigh in history was logged in my hard copy of the Dukan book that I purchased. It seems like progress was slow and it took a long time,but in retrospect I got through the summer inspired, motivated, and feeling good. Seeing on the weight history progress chart I can hardly beleive it! I changed my weight goal to 109. I am going to Hawaii on October 4th for business and will be seen and be seeing all of my colleagues in their bathing suit glory!

115.6 lost 4 ounces this week and very happy. I am getting the hang of this. I am only hungry when I go miss a normal meal time due to traveling or being busy. Like yesterday I didnt have any breakfast and only had a fall back of hard boiled eggs to bring with me to work. I ate around 12 and started to get hungry again around 5, but had my commute, food shoping, and a quick change at home before we met friends for drinks. Dinner was not until 9.30, but good company and a glass of white wine satisfied me until then. Dr. Dukan says that its ok to eat late.... the French do! I had a second glass of white wine, but stoped there. Dinner was 8 ounces of beef, some mixed green and mustard. Got home and had 2 low fat Chobani yogurts with oatbran sprinkled in. I went to bed around 1 and woke up not hungry at all.

Saturday morning. I weighed in a day earlier than I usually do. ( have been weighing in on Sunday morning.) I was thrilled 116 on the nose a full 1.2 ounces than the week prior and I have been on vacation! I did work out every day and did really well sticking to faze two. Thursday night was a big test. My husband and I went to the Open. I was hungry by the time I got there. Lots of great food to tempt you and I was craving it all. I ordered a chicken breast which filled my up,but throughout the night I kept thinking wouldnt it be nice to have a drink... ice cream... pretzel..... I got home and made my oatbran pancake and had a non fat yougurt. Around 1 in the morning - it made me feel a lot better!
Last night we had company and a BBQ. I had 3 skinny girl margarita's They are good but the trick is to add a little extra tiquala and some crystal light powder to sweeten it up. Won't be having another drink for weeks. It was worth it!
