Not happy that I have bounced up and could not sustain my track record of loosing. I have followed reasonably well. With some minor infractions. I am going to attribute it to the change of weather and the summer ending. My 109 goal seems very far away considering the recent set back. But will keep trying. Ate half a crumbs cup cake last night ( it was my sons birthday ) Also I am trying to incorporate some more fiber in my diet. I am finding that it makes me more regular. Trader Joe's Oatbran ( which is recomended for Dukan ) was not enough. Using some more and have added a cup of granola.
117.0 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

You are doing great. I found ALOT of ups and downs with out much reason for it but ultimately the trend is downward. The closer you are to your goal weight the more your body wants to hold on to the reserves it has left. Just keep at it.
