I took some time today and went through my paper trail that I started on July 25th. My weigh in history was logged in my hard copy of the Dukan book that I purchased. It seems like progress was slow and it took a long time,but in retrospect I got through the summer inspired, motivated, and feeling good. Seeing on the weight history progress chart I can hardly beleive it! I changed my weight goal to 109. I am going to Hawaii on October 4th for business and will be seen and be seeing all of my colleagues in their bathing suit glory!
