My age is 54. (I refuse to say Old) I work at the American Red Cross here in Columbus, Ohio. I am also attending Franklin University to get a bachlors degree in Business Administration. (I want to boss my supervisor around some too) just kidding.

Ok Now I have been on phase 2 of SB and have not lost any weight in the last week. What am I to do????????/

roast beef
I tried to put in a great recipe for us but it was a royal pain. My husband added turnip wedges, onions, carrots, a lttle light salt & pepper. Put this all in a crock pot with a decent beef roast and it is wonderful. Very Happy
