I forgot to weigh in last week so that is why it seems like a big drop. Been losing between 1/2 pd to a pound a week right now which is awesome. I am at week 16 of this re-start and have lost 19 pounds I do wish it was a lot more but I am happy consisting I slipped several times. I have to keep telling myself its not a race its a slow crawl back to a healthy me.

Fell off wagon yesterday major like but am back up today. I was so hungry for baked spaghetti and garlic bread yesterday and I went for it. The spaghetti wasn't what killed me it was the garlic bread, I ate 11 garlic breadsticks in one day between lunch and dinner (I divided my spaghetti in half). Plus 3 chocolate cupcakes so I am paying for it today. My willpower the last week has been low so I need to reboot myself back into it will happen just remember it takes time, lots of time mode. I have to remember everybody is different and so what it others are dropping weight like its no big deal, everybody loses at different speeds and I do have an unhealthy relationship with food where I love it and use it to help me feel better and others don't have those issues. Today is a new day and I will get that little bit of weight off and then some because I will not let food win.

Down a little which makes me happy but consisting I was 221.4 on Saturday also a little sad. I need to work on that knowing I am down a bit so thinking its ok to have that little extra mode that I fall into a lot. I way overate yesterday and I am paying for it today. I also have to be very careful of the fact that tomorrow is V day and there is chocolate everywhere in this office. I have my halo's and my carrots and I need to be strong. I can do this.

Down a little bit so that makes me happy. Wish it was 5 or 10 pounds but we all know that isn't possible or healthy. Work is still very stressful but so far I am winning the fight against eating to make the stress go away. I am still eating canned sugar free fruit at night. It was pointed out to me that fresh fruit turns to pure sugar so I just wanted to clarify what I am eating. A can of this fruit comes up to 0 points on my weight watchers chart and it fills me up which is what matters. Everybody keep fighting the good fight and remember a slip is only a slip don't let it define you.
