Been weak and snacky the last few days. Its hormones -_-
301.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 162.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have had mood issues and sugar cravings the week before my monthly... since I was 16. Pretty sure its normal chick stuff :)

Ive never thought about having them checked either. I dont struggle to lose weight. I just enjoy food... alot.

Being a person who's been through it all with the hormones has me asking why you would blame hormones for making you snack. It is a very serious issue. Just admit you enjoy food. We all do. That's why we're here. Maud... you don't want menopause. Hormones slow down as you age. It gets harder to lose. Proud you're doing it now.

That is so true. I craved chocolate covered pretzels. Salt and Sweet. Just concerned for you about the hormones. Most around here refer to it as TOM. Time Of Month. The guys are cool with it, or have gotten used to the ladies talking about cravings, fluid and weight gain.
