Hi everyone,

so im Jessica a 20 year old married mother of one beautiful baby girl and I am a foodaholic. Now thats out of the way a little bit about me, I have always battled with weight but found it easy to drop off. From the age of 15 to 17 I was a size 6-8 and a happy healthy 62kgs (not sure what that is in pounds) but while pregnant and after the birth of my daughter I ate and ate and ate alot for comfort and I am now at 118.5kg a so I need to lose 58kg. I have tried to diet but I hate feeling hungry so heres hoping Weight watchers works for me. So I really need some support! everyone is doing so well!!!

in need of some adivce
I agree, I gained heaps of weight during pregnancy and the only diet that is working for me is Atkins, but you do need to read up a bit about different lo carbers to find one that suits you!! The best part is you dont have to go hungry...ever!!

Beginner
I always feel weird and dizzy on Atkins lol but it gets better, I think its just carb withdrawls. But welcome aboard anyway!!! PS I cant wait till im in OWL so I can start making some of those scrummy LOW CARB cheesecakes on hereLaughing
