Easier to lose this time, even at 2500 cals per day. no carbs all day is rough but the backload in the evening is great. Workouts are tougher due to the lack of immediately available energy in comparison to a high-carb diet but my body will adjust soon.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
