Glad to see the number still going down. When I can swallow better I can get my water up, that's something I am always trying to work on. I'm hoping I can nap today since the doc gave me cough medicine with codeine. Hope everyone else is doing well :)
241.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 111.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thank you both :) I think cutting out soda has made a huge difference. I have not being eating the best this week but the very little I've been eating of the bad foods apparently hasn't hurt me too bad. If I end up getting something from a fast food place I get either half sweet/half regular tea or raspberry iced tea. I know it's still not the healthiest but it is better than giving in to the Pepsi that still calls my name lol

Have you tried water with the mio squeezies, or the crystal light packets? I happen to love water, but when I want to mix it up, I use those. :) Crystal light's raspberry lemonade is one of my favorites. And the Walmart brand mio that's berry flavored. They also have a little of the b-vitamins in some of them which is nice. I was talking with my husband about losing weight the other day and my views on it. It's not about denying yourself something to me. It's about substitution. Replacing the unhealthy things I like to eat, with something healthier. And finding delicious options that will work for me. :) It took me almost a week and half to work off my pizza binge. -__- I just got back down in the last 2-3 days and hit a new low today. You can do this!! :D I know you can girl!! Just have to figure out what works for you!! And every little substitution makes a big difference!

I was using things with splenda in them like the flavor enhancers but recently decided I didn't want to use splenda products anymore...so now I need to see if there is any with like stevia or something

Yeah, cutting out soda is a huge boost to weight loss. Or so my husband always says. I'm a tea girl, myself, and he talked me down to one cup of sweet tea a day instead of two. That alone was quite an adjustment. Hope you feel better soon. <3

Thank you :) Since Hubby got home around 2:30 I have been napping. Woke up long enough to use the restroom and take more meds. Now I'm eating Healthy choice soup then back to sleep.
