Hi, my name is Missy and I am 23 years old. I have 2 children ages 6 years and 3 years. Before my first child I weighed a pretty healthy 130 but then with the kids came the weight and I couldn't seem to lose it no matter what I did. Now after just moving again to a new city seeing my new doctor here he demanded I lose the weight, I am very high risk for diabetes and I'd much rather try and avoid it. I want to be healthy for myself and my children...so here's to my journey :)
199-I want to be below 200 again
130-My pre first pregnancy weight and about the middle of healthy weight for my BMI.
I hope I can get this low but I'm not sure how close I will get. 145 will make me happy if I can't get any lower.
I haven't figured out any rewards yet...but I'm sure I will. Losing the weight is a pretty big reward for myself :)
