Hi, my name is Missy and I am 23 years old. I have 2 children ages 6 years and 3 years. Before my first child I weighed a pretty healthy 130 but then with the kids came the weight and I couldn't seem to lose it no matter what I did. Now after just moving again to a new city seeing my new doctor here he demanded I lose the weight, I am very high risk for diabetes and I'd much rather try and avoid it. I want to be healthy for myself and my children...so here's to my journey :)

I hope I can get this low but I'm not sure how close I will get. 145 will make me happy if I can't get any lower.

I haven't figured out any rewards yet...but I'm sure I will. Losing the weight is a pretty big reward for myself :)

Not Sure about This!???
I suggest higher carb veggies like onion if you like them and I'm not sure what others. But I went through the same thing of not really wanting to eat but it should pass soon Smile

Xbox 360 Kinect Fitness...
My boyfriend gave me one of his XBOX 360's so I only had to worry about the Kinect sensor and the game. But to answer your question I do like it so far...lots of choices Smile

Xbox 360 Kinect Fitness...
Never before have had the urge to exercise but I have found myself really enjoying the cardio workouts on my game. I even got pretty good scores on a couple of the dances. I am a little sore after doing the exercises but I've been sore with any other exercise I have done too. There is even a Zen activity which a really nice cool down Smile

Xbox 360 Kinect Fitness...
Is it bad to exercise for a couple hours in one day? I don't know exactly how long the past few days have been but today was 2 1/2 hours... It was one hour then a break for an hour and a half then another 1 and a half hours of exercise. It is ok to do this daily or is it too much?
