I am slowly being driven crazy by my scale.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You only gained one pound, keep calm and work at your own pace, you are not far from your goal. A minor tweak and you will be right back on track.

Info-it's the same bloody pound I lose/gain every week. Driving me mad....Minor tweak = liposuction? Haha!

maybe its what they call those darn "stress hormones"? Tell those stress hormones to get off your scale. I understand being upset with that single pound that keeps coming and going though, maybe its time to show him the door for good! persona non gratis pound! You need to post the offical notice and I am sure once you reach that 130's you will never go back! It will happen for you.
