Day 1 of the rest of my life :)

Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!


So I am mapping out how to reach my big, big goals for the year. I am recording my weight again and I have returned to exercising! I have started my food journal and activity journal back up! December is over and it is time to clamber back up in the wagon and steel my resolve! Thank you to everyone for the notes of encouragement and the comments left on past entries! Your concern and thoughts mean the world to me! I appreciate it and I am BACK!!!! I went and finally had a physical, first time in entirely too long. I should have my blood work back by Monday so I can see where I am at with my cholesterol! I walked down to the MD's (a little less than a mile) and back so that is my walk so far today :)

Old Man Scale: So 2lbs higher than my maintain weight goal for December. Considering I know what I did for the month I am NOT actually disappointed. I don't really feel I have slipped too far back and now it is time to move forward once again.

New Years Goals: Floor 65 lost in 2009, Mid-range 75lbs lost and Ceiling 92 lost to goal weight of 150lbs


January Goals:
Ceiling: 12lbs to 230, Mid-range: 9lbs, Floor goal: 7lbs

Next Mini: 235!

Goal by my birthday, March 15th: weigh in @ 220.


Calories: 1500 - 1800
1800 - 2000 more calories used than eaten
Veggie/fruit/legume goal: 4 cups a day

242.0 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes! Sima's back with a vengeance! The holidays weren't too bad to you, so going forward will be easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy! :) Glad you're getting the blood work now. No matter what it says, you'll have a baseline to compare with later. Hooray for Day 1!

I hope you get good results on your cholesterol tests. I just got mine back (doing much better), but I was sweating for a few days until I got the results.
