New Year's Eve Edition
New Year's Resolutions (some are renewing some good habits, some are ones I have tried before and some are brand new. Some are health oriented, others are personal or buisiness goals)
1. Resume journaling on FS daily. 2. Resume recording activity and food daily on FS. 3. Lose 75lbs (lost 25 in one quarter in 2008 so this should be reasonable) 4. Intentional Exercise 200 minutes per week. 5. Brush my teeth every morning instead of sporadically 6. Complete my skin care routine daily, including foundation (had not always been doing foundation) 7. Use my wonderful software and tools for my business. 8. Organize my office and product and continue with discipline in my paperwork 9. Mental B.A.T.H. daily (booking, affirmation, training, hotline/hook-in [both MK and FS on H]) 10. More focus in all I do, be present in the moment. 11. Daily focus on achieving balance in my life. 12. Loving every person I encounter and continuing the journey to learn patience. 13. Continue whittling away at our household debts and increasing our emergency fund. Purchase Life Insurance for my husband and I. Increase retirement investing from $100.00 to at least $200.00 monthly by the end of the year. 14. At least 4 servings veggie/fruit/legume daily. 15. Reduce Cholestrol (will have a number to add after Friday's bloodtest)

Hi! Great to see you! I forgot to tell you - on Monday when Lee and I walked in Baltimore, he parked in Canton. He looked across the street and said "hey, look where we parked!" There was a shop called "Sima's" right across from us! It was a beauty salon. You weren't there, though. :) Love the resolution list. It's always good to have goals written down. Have a great day!

What an awesome list of goals! Quite a bit to take on - it's good you have a 365-day time period during which to tackle the list. I really like item number 1 - for selfish reasons. I have always enjoyed your journals soooooooo much! Good luck to ya - not just with the goals list but in every endeavor in 2009! Let's make 2009 the best yet! Oh yes! The teeth-brushing goal is cute. I need to brush BETTER. There is brushing and then there is brushing half-a$#. Sometimes I just sort of "go through the motions." Thanks for reminding us all to "get after it" in all we do!
