Day 4, Week 3 Holiday Cruise to Lose! (Wow, week 3 already!)


Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health minded Fat Secret Peoples!



Well as you can tell I avoided my journal all together yesterday. Between Chili's on Sat and Korean on Sunday the salt was killing me and I hated to see an upblip. It was not a healthy attitude, I know. If I was purposely not LOOKING at the scale to stop obsessing that would be one thing, but it was shirking the responsibility of the 3lb gain LOL. I am so good at getting it right back down so I should not have done that. I do better when I journal daily and record daily. At least I was still on here commenting and reading and recording my food.


Old Man Scale: Well I have been avoiding the old man. Actually I have been looking and refraining from recording but today I will see what he has to say and put it down in black and white. I have not been TERRIBLE with food but I am not doing so well on the movement portion. (after the shower and my weigh in, so only 1.5 up this morning; I can live with that. Prescription, lotsa water again and low caloric intake! I am eating less fruit I think so that is part of the issue!)


Holiday Challenges Goals:
Floor goal: Maintain at 240 (It IS the holidays)
Midrange goal: lose 4.5 to 235
Ceiling goal: 230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 9.5 from now!

LOL I'm in the same situation. This past week has been horrible for me (office Christmas party and a birthday) as far as my food intake is concerned and I'm dreading writing down the gain on Wednesday. Oh well. I think actually writing the gains down gives us more motivation to get back on track to lose 'em again.

you know just how to bring that back down, you can do it! don't lower your cals too much you still need to eat just all healthy good numbers!

You'll get it back down. Journaling helps me to stay on track too. Just don't leave us for too long. :)
