Day 5, Week 2 Holiday Cruise to Lose!


Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health minded Fat Secret Peoples!


Still having trouble with exercise. I got my phone calls done last night meant to veg on the couch a bit before doing more stuff and fell asleep before 9 PM. Finally dragged up to bed at 11. I slept like the dead last night. I am not sure what is going on. Maybe I am coming down with something? Still doing okay with eating, blessedly.


Old Man Scale: Wahoo!!! Even with losing a little focus I just hit my next mini goal!!!!!

Floor goal: Maintain at 240 (It IS the holidays)
Midrange goal: lose 5 to 235
Ceiling goal: 230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 10 from now!

ADDENDUM!! Just got out of the shower (my normal weigh-in time) and I was down another 1/2 lb! I will wait to record it until tomorrow but I am in the 230s! PEOPLES!!!
