Day 4, Week 2 Holiday Cruise to Lose!


Good Morning morning all you lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health minded Fat Secret Peoples!


AAAAAA I have lost my focus people! Please help me find it! I did ok with food yesterday but not great! And I did nto exeercise when I got home at 10 as I had planned simply because the Wii Fit was nto set back up :( NOT a good excuse!


Old Man Scale: I am down half a lb this morning. Must be the good water intake! Food I am okay btu I need to refocus on movement too!

Holiday Challenges Goals:
Floor goal: Maintain at 240 (It IS the holidays) 1 from now
Midrange goal: lose 6 to 235
Ceiling goal: 230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching and 11 from now!

Next Mini: 240 (1 lbs from now, WEEEEE) then on down, down down! (My bar should go orange sometime VERY soon, now!)

its ok to take a day or 2 off...mabye your body needs some time off...im sure the motivation will return soon as your rested an ready to go again...

Maybe it's jetlag ;) I'm counting on some points today, young lady! Do I need to send Gunter over there to hook you up? (your Wii I mean).

Consider yesterday a day off exercise and move on. :) Make sure you don't make it two days off! You might just be tired. Try to take care of your body and listen to it's needs. Try to get some rest and fuel your body with the right amount of stuff, just to keep it going like a finely tuned engine. If you need some motivation, take a look at your weight chart and your goals tracker at the end of your journal. LOOK HOW FAR YOU HAVE COME! You're amazing and it is OK to lose momentum once in a while, we all do, but don't let it stop you. You can do this!
