Day 81 (Week 12): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
Week 6 Cruise to Lose! (last week already, sniff)

Good morning!!!! Warm and cozy healthy thoughts to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!

I feel a little steadier int eh wagon, now. eating a bit better without being deprived. (I had a couple cookies an chocolate yesterday *shock*, but I also ate a wonderful spinach melt for lunch and sushi for dinner so healthy main foods) I think my habit of a smoothie every morning has really helped me stay focused. It starts my day off healthy and eating right. I always get a good dose a fruit int he AM but with protein and Soy Milk to make sure I metabolize the fructose more slowly.

Old Man Scale: So Yay!! Old Man Scale is showing the love, today. Shhhh don't tell me hubby! LOL 242 *Happy Dance* Even with feeling a bit like a slob the last week or so. Good motivation to get going once again! Yayayayyayay. I just love new lows :)

Yesterday's exercise was SLIGHTLY less forced, but certainly not eager again yet :) Did 30 minute free step. I did downgrade how I record that to slow step dance because my calves get really tired but my heart does not race. So while the Wii Fit calls it aerobic, and it is in some ways, I don't think I burn as many calroies as what the FS counter calculates for fast step aerobics. The new thing is I tried to do the Island Lap Run on there. I had not tried since I unlocked it. It was rough especialy after 30 minutes of free stepping. It took me 8 minutes and I needed a few breaks to stretch my calves, but I jogged for much of it. I think I will go back to the mid level run and do it BEFORE the free step next time, I think I will have more stamina that way. Also need to remember this is REAL exercise and actually stretch before hopping to it.

Speaking of craving salads. I think Boston Market may well be in order today :) MMMMMM

Happy, healthy vibes to you all!!

You ran around an entire island in 8 minutes... showoff! LOL The first minute or so of exercise is always the hardest for me. Sometimes I just don't want to get up and do it, but once I start it's easy and I don't know why I was stalling in the first place. Oh, and my paranoia tells me I should say this... warm up before exercise... stretch after (stretching cold muscles = bad...or so I've heard). Good luck on your last week of cruisin'.

Congratulations on the new low!!! WOOT! I'm having motivational problems with exercise too. I'm with /0, getting started is the hard part, once I get started I can do it. YOU can do it! Great job. You inspire me. :)

Oh Sima, let get that damage control going.. you and me ship-mate!! I just hate it when all my hard work goes down the drain because of a couple days of going "wild". Let's get our focus back on our goals, of being the slim damsle with a sword of power that cut's away anything that gets in our way! No tempting us away from our goals.. Im feeling the power now girl!! Let's do it!

Congrats on the new low! So, old man scale was nice to you so you're gonna throw it back in his face!? That's the way we treat MEN not SCALES! :) Just kidding! Get it together my Blue buddy! We need to rally the team for the end of our cruise!

So I di a little more exercise than usual (45 mins) and I was good for dinner. Also had a ton of water throughout the day and enough veggies today. Hope it's enough damage control but we shall see :) It was not even munchies and was not hunger I just wanted to eat everything in sight (pretty sure it was stress eating, I am just glad I did not have more junk available to me, they often do have some at work but they were out of everything heheh). Luckily I ran out of my stuff fairly quickly!! LOL Still way out of my caloric range and not quite as much of a deficit, but eating less than I burn is always a plus! Tomorrow is another day to hop back to it!

Thanks for the analogy on my journal entry yesterday about the rotating circle. That explanation helped a lot! Thanks again!
