Day 75 (Week 11): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
Week 5 Cruise to Lose!

Good morning PEOPLES!!!! Wishing good healthy goals made and met to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!


Gotta be quick this morning. Running late again Haha

Went way over my goal for the week yesterday. by about 430 calories. Not TOO far out of my "normal" range so I am not sweating it. I think I needed the spike anyway since I was soooo very low in days prior. I also exercised on the Wii Fit which made up for it. It was almost all healthy except the peanut blossom with the PB cup instead of the Hershey kiss ;) But man it was good and I only had one ;)


Old Man Scale: He saw fit to honor the movement I forced in yesterday (was after 10PM again) Another 1.5lbs down. Back to my low point. Time to move onwards and downwards!

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 18lbs from challeneg start, 21.5 from my August start! Finally blew this outta the water for good!
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. 8 from now. Still a s..t...r...e...t...c...h but soo VERY doable :) So I am stretching for all I am worth!
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

Next Mini: 240 (3 more lbs weee) then on down, down down!

Fri: Wii Fit 45+ minutes
Sat: Wii Fit Yoga, or home power yoga in the evening, I cannot get to my class in the morning. I have to set up fro my OH

243.0 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Now I think I know what zig-zagging is. I didn't quite follow Janelle about zig-zagging one's calorie intake. I think I FEEL better if I can just keep things on an EVEN KEEL calorie wise. No pun intended - with regard to the sailing nomenclature since we are on board the old LOVE BOAT -- I mean the Cruise to Lose ship!
