Day 70 (Week 10): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR UST

Week 4 Cruise to Lose!

It's FRIDAY!!!!! Happy Friday everyone!!! I hope everyone has wonderful week-end plans!!

Still trucking with food and exercise. Alright, Imluuvd, you ready to dance??? Well okay not QUITE yet. 1/2lb to go. But I have shed back down to my pre-weekend weight :)

Gotta keep it short Ior I am going to be late again. One of my new habits is I want to get to work on time. With that in mind I packed my lucnh last night we shall see, wish me luck!

Old Man Scale: He has forgiven the week-end. time to move on down!!

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and .5 from now. Been flirting with this one. Not nearly solid enough to go green yet.
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. This is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 10.5 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. I need to work it hard to reach this goal by the end of the month!
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

1st things first 245 (oh so close!) then 240 then on down, down down!

have a great friday sim...since your packin your lunch at nite...a suggestion for journaling..lol..i sometimes do mine at nite an save it in notepad...can always edit it once i cut an paste it over to the morning journal...saves some time on them days your just not in the mood to get outta bed as fast...lol...have a great day!!!!
