Day 61 (Week 9): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST

Week 3 Cruise to Lose!

Tuesday, Tuesday :) Good morning everyone!!!

Smoothest of sailing to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!

So I forgot to mention yesterday that I did try on my jeans this week-end. I still have 3-5 inches to go in the waist/belly area. It's a REALLY good size goal to go for without having to buy new clothes! So that is in the next mini goals. For the OCC I am measuring 1-2x per week and I will use that as my guide for when to pull the jeans back on for a another "test run"

Wii Fit, another 30mins free-step and 10 minutes of Balance Games warm-up. I did this at 10PM last night because I did not have time to do it sooner, it kept getting pushed back so when I finally got home I made myself do it anyway!

Old Man Scale: Down 1/2lb from the last two days. So I guess it is a little more than water weight OR the 246 was a down flux and I will just have to peel those lbs back off :) I drank a TON of water yesterday and plan on doing the same today.

Happy, healthy vibes to you all!!

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August.

Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 1 from now. Goal date Nov. 1st
Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. This is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 11 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h!
Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

1st things first 245 then 240 then on down, down down!

Go Santa's Reindeer!!!!

Just do it! Autumn Blue Crocuses

Me too, I've been trying on the same pair for weeks now, lol! We'll all get in those jeans if we stick at it. Awesome job, chug, chug! (O:

I think jeans create a very good "size goal" for us. I have a pair I'd just love to fit into again. Keep it up! You'll make your goals I just know it!

Great job getting that exercise in! It's sooo easy to give up that late at night, but you persevered! Kudos to you. Great idea in regards to your 'goal jeans'. I have them myself. Can't wait until we all (you, sara, myself, & any one else) fit back into them! =)

Doesn't drinking that H2o make you feel GREAT! One can really tell a difference with her skin, nails, digestion, levels of hunger, mood, and energy. When I FIRST started drinking lots of water - it really took some getting used to. I ENVISIONED the water working to wash little "globs" of fat away. Sound silly? Whatever works!

Wow, that's dedication! Wii-ing at 10pm! Those jeans don't stand a chance. Go BWWs!

LOL. Unlike many other things, water has never been difficult for m (except the week-ends) I grew up with water like the taste and really enjoy it so yeah it DOES feel great but not i any unusual way LOL
